for sale subaru forester non turbo 51 plate.102500 miles .dealer history til 67500. all weather package heated seats aircon cruise control etc. 4 good yokohama g012 ats tyres.mot april 2012. tax end of june 2011. good runner no problems. dent in tailgate.small dent in pass front wing.various scratches hence £850 ono (not been used for dogging machine) pm me for pics cheers

I had a extra hot vindaloo last saturday night, wasnt too bad at all actually, they even popped 4 peppers in the rice for me to spice it up a bit! I havent had a phal yet, but thats the next thing to try, probably this weekend. For taste i like a patia, but the standard ones arent hot enough, so i always ask them to make it vindaloo hot! Just wish i could make them as good as the indian takeaway does, it would save me ££££s try these not bad! www.thespiceisright.co.uk/

Raw is not 100 percent protein. If you take a chicken breast for example, it has an average of 30g of protein per 100g of meat That is 30% then. I think the small manufacturers such as CSJ are of a much better quality than the ultra cheap supermarket stuff or even beta. If you get a sack of CSJ, open it up, your own nose will tell you that it is far better quality. shepp which variety of csj do you use?
