I keep 4 my self but could keep 3 think soley depends on the type of hunting/lamping/shooting/digging you do and how much u do I keep 2 lurchers a cocker and a Terrior but I tend too do all 4 things so u need to ask ur self do you need the dog really not joking do u have the amount of time too work another or do u want another shit too pick up and another £15 a month too feed another one when u alrdy got one doing a job but only one person can say that it's ur self cos ull have too feed it exercise it and clean up after it ur choice mate

Raised 5 dogs on it my self never had one problem with it bar the price but if you have the space do what I did with a friend buy a pallet u get it cheaper and can rear 3 dogs on a pallet till there 1 year old

how do u find them on the lamp mate the half x compared too the 1/4 and lasting a full nights lamping rabbits u find there game enuf for any thing else was a cross I was interested in if circumstances changed

Any one else finding baby bunnys last 2 nights been out cought 6 real small bunnys most of the young were round in the spring and I've not seen young ones since just popped up the last couple of nights seen some youngs ones before but we were not having the cold like we have the now any one else having the same happening

Depends on the dog I've found chicken too be a good source and lamb and deer carcass but depends if ur feeding biscuits as well what u feed and how much cos ull need too find the dogs own running weight when it's rdy and find a mix u like and find a mix that will keep it at that weight I've found my dogs run better 4 kg lighter then the way I like them too look but only u can tell but it's up to you mate only u can judge bye the look of the dog

Forgot too say he is not doing any thing with dummy's no ripping no chewing nothing perfect dog on dummy's just dead birds

Yes mate even tried freezing pheasants so he could not rip them apart before I get too them off him the bad part is that he is half way fetching them in but tries too rip them apart and will not even let go of the bird when u get close enuf too grab off it just begings a tug of war with it And nothing else will get he's attention off the bird even scruffing the dog and pinning the dog does nothing

Well here goes had gun dogs my self for years lurchers and terriers and pure greys that I would say I have been able too train too my own good points that I like in my dogs all being able too sit retrieve very well and hunt up all day long well I've started seing a new girlfriend who is taking too shooting and hunting with a passion and alrdy has dogs of her own here is the problem she had a spaniel pup when I first met her and a 4 year old spaniel that was from working home before she got him well the pup is coming on a treat even working for me is a handy thing for me but her older dog that
