  3. Nothing wrong with dried cat food if your on a budget. I know it's not got all the right nutrients but I you feed raw meat every day and had the dried kibble as a backup you can't go wrong. Know many people that use cat food. My Jill won't eat anything apart from cat kibble and cat meat. I can't get her to eat anything else, she won't eat raw meat. Got her off a woman that treated her like a baby, she's happy with her cat meat I suppose Fmac- pm sent mate
  4. how do youse get it out the den once yous have dug down or out of the net without it having a go at you the ONLY fox i have ever dug out was shot but in that video they were just grabbing them by the scruff of the neck and dragging them out. or just standing back from the hole and letting it bolt. must of been a dead end or something.
  5. thats kind of put it into perspective now. i thought the sport was the fox but what your saying is the sport is watching your dogs work and getting the pleasure out of that and letting the fox go to dig another day
  6. hi huys. i was just watching a dvd (fox digging vol 1) and the guys on that were digging out the fox and then letting it go? there wasnt a dog coursing it or anything, they would just stand back from the entrance and let it bolt or grab the fox out/or untangle it from the net and let it run. i dont understand why they would do that? ive only ever dug out one fox and it was bloody hard work so i cant see the fun in digging all that way and then releasing it. just looking for someone with a bit of knowledge as to why they do that. also they were catching the fox and taking it back and puttin

  10. Thanks guys. I was practicing last night. I was just sat in the garden shooting at the tree which is around 3/4 of A foot wide and it's was hit an miss. It's a start though. I took the arm support if my black widow Caty so it's a little easier to hold tbh. I know it's not ideal but I'm just having a go. Going to buy a better one when I can actually hit something. Cheers for the help. What ammo do you use?

It's not the best going but it will do the job. Made it for myslelf but got a new one on route. Pickup from Edinburgh only. Thanks. Lee
