    Gutted paracord.... is paracord...with the inner strands taken out.... leaves the outter nylon....which is a lot flatter.... Looks like it is .... You think them castration bands would hold the flats on my catty kranky?.... Could save on the tying pish

    Hey... I made this catapult for a 'secret santa' trade on another forum... but its come to light... the guy im trading with.... only shoots flatbands.... And this was designed for tubes... will also take squared... and thin theraband flats... Its made from 2 layers of 18mm birch ply (multiplex) ...treated with 3 coats of danish oil.. and 3 coats of polyurethane... for a durable finish.... It was made for an adult... nice and pocketable... but will fit a kids hand lovely... my lad had a shot with it.... Fitted with theraband yellow tubes... nice and easy for the kids....and

    Put a coat on it whe heading out.... and when you let it off....take the coat off...then once your heading back...whack it back on.... If your going a trundle to the shops put it on.... Think about it....if your walking to football... youll wear a coat...take it off while you play...and put it back on so yer not freezing walking home.... Use your head...     Went for a look about the woods with my lad.... All i took with me was a small saw...knife....a set of bands....and my paracord survival bracelet.... We chopped a couple of natural forks...and me and rhys....set about making and instant...catapult....as if in a survival situation....capable of getting you your dinner..... A bit if fun for him ..... Just demonstrates...you dont need fancy work...endless sanding and a nice finish.... to make a catapult.. It shoots.... its strong... it took less than 5 minutes to make .... Round the front edge of the fork.... and cut you
