    Well ye feckers! ... One year on and today... i upgraded! ... Simple MDF box... 2 layers of 'stops' ... and old rug...and a paif Ddpm shorts... Works a treat... and saves ££££ on steel ammo when practicing...

    That bar... Weights the same as 8 normal snickers... Has the same amount of calories.... as 8 normal snickers... Only 8 snickers costs £4.... Why is the price £20 extra? ... And youd have to cut the fecking thing up.... Better stick with the 60p snickers... more nuts for your money! ...

    I've had a quick run through of that in my head, now suppose on average you take 0.66s per press up and 0.66s per sit up, that's obviously 3 in every 2s so 133s total. That means you have little over 6mins to run 1.5mi right? That's a 4 minute mile..... You don't think that's outrageous for the average human? He means just the run in 8.5mins ... You get 2 minutes for the pressups/situps respectively.... These tests are just a basic gauge of somebodys fitness... I mean... when are you actually going to run 1.5mile in shorts and a t-shirt in the army? .... Your not... exce

    you know only this summer mate,i was walking the dog,and there was a wee lad i swear he was about 3,and by himself trying to climb up this silly washing line the older lads must have tied up in this tree.the f*****g wee c**t was hanging upside down,at one point lol he had it wrapped round his neck to i was sceptical about going back and approching a kid i didnt know,but luckily as i was walking back the cops were driving by and i flagged them down and told them. they went back to sort it out. . You just dont realise the dangers when your a wee guy.... Feckin dangers everywhere! ..

    You must have missed the bitching ... Seriously though... This section is very informative... Most guys have dogs...keep ferrets... hawks... guns and so on... And use a catapult because they enjoy them... not because they want to be the best... but because its pretty simple but effective... Let us know how your naturals turn out... Goos luck ...

    I traded with a friend of mine... who makes catapults full time... We came up with the idea of a slingshot made from a set of british army DPM combats... He formed a block of 10mm aluminium...green GRP spacings and the camo micarta facings.... He even managed to get the union jack badge... from the shirt incorporated... Fitted for tubes with quick attachment slits.... The aim was for a 'bulletproof' catapult that can be taken anywhere and shoot rocks effortlessly...hence the wider forks... and it came with a rockslinging pouch...
