  1. Not exactly useless as they still hold the scope in place ! I think what the op is worried about is a subject thats been mentioned on other forums regarding flexing of the HW100 block due to it being a 2 piece design held together by bolts at the bottom of the block. Apparently all us HW100 owners should be using a 1 piece mount in order to clamp the action tight together or we run the risk of losing the zero on the rifle ????? Appletree Don't worry yourself about it mate just ensure the 2 bolts are done up tight and buy yourself some quality mounts that suit the height of your objec
  2. Alright lads, I've recently bought myself another Super 10 Mk3 only this ones a 22. ( Could not resist it ) The problem is its a right handed stocked rifle at the moment until I source a left hand baby for it. So I was just wondering if any of you lads might know any where or one that has a left hand Mk3 stock for sale or swap ??? Cheers
  3. As above I am looking for a Superten Mk3 left handed stock, Can ether buy or swap as I have the above stock in right handed flavour. (photos available)
  4. Flipping heck what a sandwich ! What are you going to do with the rest of the meat sell it on or live on pork for the year ?
  5. Yep it always comes down to how it feels in your hands that makes your mind up mate.
  6. Don't think you can go wrong with any Weihrauch Skot For what its worth when it comes to springers I've always found it more to my liking to have a heavy rifle over a lighter one. Such as the HW- and HW-77 I've owned in the past. Mind you a lighter air rifle would be nice for carrying round some of the fields that I've got !
  7. Aye you never will either ! Not with the money the make in advertising from the same companies they review !
  8. But if its a MK 3 then you should be looking between the £400 to £500 price mark depending on condition of rifle.
  9. Didn't know they even did a BSA Super 10 MK 4 .........!!!?????
  10. Not even worth bothering with tossers like him mate every post or topic he's made so far has been full of abuse and idiotic notions !
  11. You just can't give good advice away these days mate
  12. Mine loves a diet of H&N FTT in .177
  13. Or a very nice second hand BSA Super-10, something heavy that a real man would use !
  14. You know what that sounds like a cracking idea as I've been looking at a Hawke 4-16x50 Nite-Eye for the BSA Super-10.
  15. Hmm still its a sod if you buy it and then find out its in need of a fair bit of work or say it starts playing up after a little while. For the money a BSA Ultra or Air Arms S200 would of been a better buy for a more user friendly rifle.
  16. Alright Darryl What would a new Twink MK 2 set you back in dosh ?
  17. Flipping heck I was looking at buying a HW77 soon as well, think that I might just treat myself to one of these new Stocked ones instead
  18. Another thing with the stealths is they don't seem to hold their money very well ether and likes been said are a very time consuming rifles to upkeep.
  19. I take it your going to be practicing on targets with this new rifle to make sure you can hit these targets at 40+ yards on the bull at least 9 out of 10 times ! other wise its not very fair to the quarry you going after is it ! I'm not being funny or nothing mate but theres blokes on here that are fantastic shots but only because they practise like mad on targets first to make sure they can make these long range shots consistently.
  20. Aye always worth giving the barrel a swab before stressing and switching pellet brands, makes, sizes ! Been there done that !
  21. And if your looking to make your HW 100T an even meaner kick ass tool then you couldn't go wrong fitting the A&M Cylinder. Man what a difference in balance it makes, just feels so good in the shoulder ! Talk to Marksman on here for more info mate.
  22. Got to say mate that the Harris wins hands down with its build quality as the saying goes "Buy Cheap Buy Twice"
  23. Good luck with your search mate and don't forget to try horse stables and golf course to name a few places you can look at
