  1. .177 - for those that struggle with hold over & under...........
  2. How do you find the trigger on it, as most lads don't seem to get on with it?
  3. I used to use a HW 77K and couldn't fault it, it was well run in and had a lovely smooth action.
  4. I'm thinking of getting myself a 12g pump action to replace my old over & under and fancy a Mossberg 500 or 600AT. Does anyone have any experience using these out in the field?
  5. What's the camo tape for? Just incase you get mixed up and shoot a rabbit with a small breath freshening mint?... LOL..........get back to the dog section with the rest of the rif-raf!
  6. I like to use a old photo film roll case that's had a bit of foam packed into the bottom and some more glued to the lid to stop the pellets rattling around.
  7. With handle-bars like yours it's a certified entry!
  8. Hi mate try posting a request for a shooting partner as a new thread on the general air rifle section. You'd have a better chance of receiving a reply.
  9. Well well what a surprise, any other excuses or defences you might have to hand? I seem to remember that some liberalised 'useful idiots' tried the same trick with Lee Rigby's killers!
  10. I'm a rifle man myself but prefer to leave foxes and hares for the dog lads, I get plenty of sport from other quarry be they fur or feather. Night vision combined with a rifle used on fox takes all the sport out of it and leaves a bitter taste on the mouth, it's also worth noting that the dog lads aren't likely to leave a litter of Cubs behind to slowly die of thirst like a rifle man will after culling the dog and vixen.
  11. It's a tool for performing a job not a replacement for good field craft skills and knowledge.
  12. Well a Ruger 10/22 seems to hold up with a good reputation though I don't own a semi myself so couldn't comment on that. Why do you fancy a semi/pump action over a bolt anyway mate?
  13. Welcome back TD do you want to join the twat club to its the in thing at the moment every ones talking about it what have you been up to bud hope alls been well atvbmac  Is it a big wet hairy twat club or are the twats allowed to be individually tailored!
  14. I don't think anyone is taking it away from them whatever that is.
  15. You'd be better of splashing out and getting a decent set of Danners, those things look like feet cripplers!
  16. All .20 shooters are .177 shooters in disguise that aren't man enough for a .22! And it's a fannys rifle anyway, massive gay!
  17. I don't come on here much myself these days but do agree with stealthy that their was far to much smoke blowing going on back then. It become very boring seeing the same old videos all the time as well!
  18. Exactly both the republican and loyalist paramilitaries are involved heavily in the drugs trade in both NI and the ROI. Those who say otherwise must have on rose tinted glasses! The ROI would be better off in partnership with the Union than with Europe but I'll never see it in my lifetime I don't think, let's not forget as well that plenty of Irish lads come to the UK to work as the Republic has nothing to offer them. Getting back to Hiroshima and the bomb I'd argue that it wasn't a necessity at that stage of the war, the blockade of Japan's merchant shipping was having a massiv
  19. What a typical and simple Potato Headed Fenian response........full of shite
  20. theres no chance. Why not not mate, its Ireland after all, an a divided country is not sustainable. It's stupid actually its northern Ireland francie, theres a far bigger majority of unionists than nationalists, and I mean protestant and catholic unionists. Ireland couldn't afford the north, its bankrupt. The jury's out on that one mate, I take it you mean the republic lol the whole thing would have to be redone, but its about both sides coming together, after all were all irish Be nice to see, would be even nicer to see a partnership between the UK and Ireland.
  21. But it hasn't stopped though, the RIRA still carry on like its business as usual........ Street thugs that latched onto the branding and image of the 'RA, dealing drugs and extorting money from the local populace is hardly "carrying on like business as usual". Business as usual would be bombings on the mainland, assasinations of soldiers, attacks on the garda etc etc... you know, general war like stuff. Maybe you just don't remember what the troubles were really like? You can't do if you're trying to say that it's still "business as usual" As I said it still goes on, maybe not as ha
  22. I've got two left handed Mk-III Super-Ten's, a .22 carbine and a .177 rifle. Both have been Blueprinted and had HW silencers fitted by JB and are sweet using H&N FTT pellets. They must be both getting on for 15 years old now and I've only had them for the last 3 years but I'll not part with them.
  23. theres no chance. Why not not mate, its Ireland after all, an a divided country is not sustainable. It's stupid actually Tell that to the Scott's.............
