Tom, As traders, we have all been discussing this and estimate that the greedy feckers at the CLA have raked in some THREE MILLION POUNDS on traders fees alone. They cancelled the show a full week before it was due to take place, and therefore, didn't provide what they had charged for. We are, as a group, currently looking at making an official complaint of theft against the CLA board of directors. Police involvement may make them sit up and listen. Cnuts. Personally, we've lost just short of £2000 in lost fees, and around £25,000 in takings.

Apologies for the lack of replies, we actually got on the road shortly after I started the thread, so I had no internet access. Good to meet a few of you guys, and as usual, we had a 'wee swally' with Foxgun Tom, who continues to get more grey hairs every year!! A great show, but as muddy as Glasto by the Sunday night.

Hi mate, On the Investarm, you have to push the lever as far to the right as possible, as this is what cocks the gun, not the breaking of the barrels. As a rule, they generally are somewhat stiff as well.
