    aye your right. but im also a rookie who knows very little about dogs. so thats why im on here

    i went out anyway with both dogs and with one lead. it was not one of best ideas. i soon found a few new holes half way down a cliff bear or (baw bag) as i now call him starts marking and then digging a hole. i ran down to put the lead on him and pull him away when she who i thought wasn't into holes shows interest in another hole then tries to go down it. anyway all back in now safe and sound.

    im in the same boat as you my 2 are pets also. my bitch will run after things all day but is not interested in holes. but my dog is more than into holes. im just going to let him mark them and send a ferret in.

    funny you should say that he once chased a rabbit and came back with a slice of pizza.

    they look smart. the one with white patch is a spit for my adult and one of his pups.

    cheers for the replies. he was diging like a mad man lol. im pretty sure it was rabbit was only a small hole. there were another 4 holes along from this one and alot bigger they were deffo fox holes but nobody was home:(. im gonna get a ferret and a finder soon.

    hi i was out last night checking a few holes when my dog disappeared. i finaly found him head and front paws down a rabbit hole.i dragged him out to have a look and it looked fresh. i let him off again and he was down and in but this time he started digging. is that normal?

    well my 2 dogs just had a litter.accidental tho full brother and sister. although from different litters about 8months apart.

    (Ctrl/Cmd+V) i have just had a litter of 5 paterdale terriers. me and the kids are allergic both to dogs and cats but these dogs dont bother any of us.
