Have to disagree SS. A basic 1 1/2" leather collar which would last a bulldog or stafford his lifetime & more will cost less than a tenner to make & less so if buying materials in bulk. Thats using quality materials & a similar design to yours or doubled up. never mate, not for top end leathers and brass I'm not here to argue, just stating a fact. As i said,a basic 1 1/2" leather collar for a bulldog on a chain with no worries at all on safety. D-Ring,full roller buckle,3.5-3.8mm leather & rivets. Fair enough if it has all the trimmings & is hand stitched, then you wan

the prics of britsh leathers has gone thor the roof, but its the best in the world thats why i buy and use it on all of my work, i do my 2" double buckle whippet collars with a matching lead for £40 pluss P&P made with top end leathers all hand stitched, some places get over £20 for the leads made with the same leathers and some get more made with leathers that will not last a few years, if you wont your work to last the test of time and to be around long after you have gone then its got to be top end britsh leathers.

Does any one breed fit Bull Mastiffs in the UK?
relic replied to northern boy's topic in General Talk
i dont think that there have been any good bull mastiffs about for years and that for me is a great shame, i evern asked col hanncock who did the best bull mastiff breed books about full of info and history and he said that there ant none, as a type the britsh smaller holding dog as been around for many years long befor the KC reg it, the death nail for that and the rest of are guard dog breeds not just in the UK but around europe was after the 1st would war when every one was coming home and bring with them the GSD that they had seen over there, theres a few difernt europen holding breeds now -
a good dog years ago, james hinks and a few other bulldog breeds import some working DDB types along with spainsh bulldogs back in the early to mid 1800s to put in to there bulldog lines, thats why they set the bull dog club up in the UK to keep them puer, some more was imported around 1900 from fighting stock but never tuck off so was sold to some one in canada. over the last few years theres been more DDB reg with the UK KC then are native bull mastiff ever has been, no wonder are breeds are dieing out.

bull shit mate he had to pay out £££££££££££££ for them to keep there mouths shut and as for his life as a kid i would of loved it going all over the world having loads of money and doing the sort of things that the jacksons did, yes he could dance and sing well but he f****d little boys who loved him and that is just sick, i fell out with one of my older sister over this a few years ago at a famliy do, he was a nonce having a young lad on his lap in front of the world bouncing up and down the dirty f****r
