    ive made them before years ago using plastic soil / drainage pipes , not ideal in plastic ferrets always used to sweat and they were for ever sliding about , i looked at a plastic moulded ferret box at one of the stalls at the lowther show which i thought was quite good until i saw the price, then i changed my mind,

    thanks for that reply k. katchum , i have sold quite a few to various people usually locals and when they call they are always made welcome ,i make the boxes from experience ,yer you do have to watch the wieght of them especially the triples ,a keeper from appleby showed me many years ago the best or should i say in his opinion the best shape boxes ,i tend to make a batch when i have time ,can i just ask k katchum your mate who had a box of me will he be the lad who was out with darcy taking pics of the dogs running for one of his coming books? if it was did he get his lurcher sorted out ,had

    joiner made ,doubles /singles , variuos finishes ie clear ones are yatch varnish, dark ones ronseal, others are sikons, made from quality ply 12mm and 4mm, 20 for doubles and 15 singles , have just made some from birch ply 25 doubles, sorry but no postage as it makes them to expensive ,i use this style of box and is comfortable to carry, please only contact me if you are intrested durham/sunderland area,

    yer it was, the guy who took my call when asked if the bitch was a worker didnt really know what to say in the end he said it wasnt because it had pups ,it said it was a planned mateing to keep a pup back, in conversation he said it was a mistake , also they had a little to much percentage of collie for the size of dog which was our mistake because it did show a picture of the dam and sire and a pic of a previous mateing , i thought the pic of the dam was a pup from last litter , i have a colliexgrey deerhound x kelpie whippet and i used a beddy whippet grey over her and kept a pup back

    mate of mine lost his 12month lurcher on friday ,we think it run into a tree ,stone dead, the lads gutted , he wants a pup to replace it , so if there is any litters coming along let me know, something that will make about 22/23inch, no bull , beddy grey or collie x , anything along those lines , think he wants a bitch, already contacted some beddy grey collie pups on pets4homes up in scotland but were not suitable, thanks lads any replys i will pass on,
