    That's not right, they often run full beagles from the RFB ( they get through the tight covers a little quicker) and they'll run some foxhounds too from United, to hold hounds at a mark. what happens when they get out of the cover they must be stretched out for half mile with all that going on

    well any time i saw them they had no beagle.... u could be right though maybe u know more than i do.... a right dolly mixture going on there so....wouldnt be my cup of tea but each to there own i suppose

    im sure they are similar the bad ones are useless an wont run an the good ones will need alot of good hound work and pressure to be accounted for... i am a believer of it takes a great fox to stay going for over an hour with fierce pressure an voice behind him....i am talking all open country hunting not just dodging around cover....also another thought on the useless fox... u could meet him in december or jan early morning an he could run 2 fields an into ground an everbody giving out that its useless fox an wont run but that particular fox could have giving hounds a run of lifetime a fortnig

    no beagles in that outfit all harriers or 1st cross harrier beagle.... serious hounds when on but could literally hunt anything an have seen them do so

    what type foxhound do u keep milken because one thing for sure is not too many of them would stick a long day like that in our country here where it is open with very little cover.... also throw them same foxhounds in with harriers an u could see different story....i guarantee u in the evening they wont be doing much hunting they will be just triying yo stay with the harriers...dont get me wrong there is an odd freak out there thats tough as nails but in my expierence they are like hens teeth..... last season i entered 12 old english bred out of good stuff an finished with 4 at end of season..

    this is an argument that will run and run because its all down to personal choice... for me its harriers all day long....i keep a few foxhounds but they have only one purpose on a hunt an thats to mark to ground at the end...they do be under pressure trying to stay wit the harriers if ur having a good day an the biggest problem is them jacking..also they are very soft when it comes to wire... we start at 9 30am an go to dark... u will hear people sayin this foxhound pack is flying an that pack is flying but when u inquire more they dont start till 12 an gone home by 3 30... thats what they are

    im wondering also who it is pablo and i also coming up wit md........ have seen these hounds hunt many times an no doubt they are serious on there day when everything goes right...no doubt they are the best in the business an the man himself is a fanatic.... but these hounds hav bad days too an [BANNED TEXT] it goes wrong it can be complete mess...this mans hounds are bred with serious drive an are hunted 4 or 5 days a wk an that way he is able to break them down an get them to work steadily....these hounds would not suit most packs who hunt 1 day a wk as they would be stone mad an wreck ur h

    the orgainisers of these festivals need to seriously look at the packs they invite as 2days involved packs just rebuilding there outfits an they were starting from scratch gathering hounds around country at start of season... it dont take an expert to know these 2days were going to poor as people give a lifetime tryin to put decent pack together...also friday sounded like a disaster....that is half of your weeks hunting wit poor packs... the other 3 days are well established packs and from what i hear provided good sport

    wasnt up any day as was working but what i heard was there was no stand out day...but to be fair to all packs its horrible country for hunting wit forestry and deer never too far away
