Cracking job on yours Joe, I picked up cut offs from the workshop floor and a couple of washers out the box and permanently welded the ring of the lead between the 2. Handy when on your own just have it pegged in ready to collar up the dog when you lift it so you have hands free to deal with the quarry

2 lots of days 1 lot of nights, yeah a fair bit of weekend work that's the idea of the shift pattern, it rolls round 1 day at a time ?

4 on 4 off shifts, effectively only work 6 months a year less if you allow for holidays. Best advantage is the ability to get out more midweek when all the window lickers are at work

Got loads on estate near me, they go in cycles.....never hold for years then bang, bolt several over a season then the next year another is favoured. Quick and easy and can cover alot more ground quicker and easier than waiting for a dog to search tight soil spots. The keepers have been putting them in there for years -
ST, that bitch in the first 2 pics on right is a cracker, I'd give my right arm for something like that in my kennels.....as opposed to the smooth coated stuff I have access to. I do like a nice rough coat on a dog
