    Got a pup now jst going up for 5 month old n he aint bin out hunting or anything of the sort jst letting him get used to going on casual mooches we me and other 2 lurchers n generally jst being a playful pup, 9 week is far to young in my eyes but each to there own and that gud luck we the pup hope it turns out well for you

    I confess this gave me a little giggle, but only 'cause I know you and I reckon you were out with Mr W ... which makes it even funnier To true nxt time u see him ask him he will call me all names under sun we'd still be there now if we'd have gone my way n we did for bout an hour!!!!

    Well got to admit if my mate wasnt with me id have bin fecked cos i definitly thought it was the other direction but gud job i listened to him or we'd have bin on those hills all nite

    Its when i started to question myself about the direction we were goin when it starts to mess we your head! Aye mate too true. Theres a great big pile of rocks in the corner we ended up at but obviously we were ment to be at the other. As we walked towards the corner we saw a massive black mound, both of us thinking "What the f**k is that?."..........From that day on i could understand how all these hill walkers get lost.... Yep was getting quite close to calling up mountain rescue would of felt a [bANNED TEXT] c**t!!!!

    He did pal but it was only maybe 300 yrd from where car were where i did it, quite lucky really cos if it had happened when were lost i'd have bin proper fecked! we were trying sat navs on our phones but all that it was showing was rolling hills for miles as there are no roads or feckall round there, can laugh bout it now but on tuesday night it was no laughing matter quite scary in fact

    Tomo i did twist my ankle but that was when we found our root bck thats y i'm sat here on this n not at work! Only thing good bout that night was dog run well afta being laid up for a month neva had fog roll in at night but it has during day n feck thats bad enough

    Any of you lads ever got yourself lost while lamping? It happened to me n my mate the other nite, weve bin on this farm probly a thousand times over the years up dales night and day! But the other night we jst got carried away n went slightly off from where we usually go n before we knew it we were lost! Seems stupid now but when [bANNED TEXT] up there in middle of nowhere and everything looks the same and its jst we'll jst have a look over that hill then when u get to top still nothing gets very disoriantainting and the ground is tough walking espeicially we weight of rabbits on [bANNED TEXT]

    gud luck we [bANNED TEXT] bitch pal got a dog here that has bin in vets twice already this year n over a grand on vet bills but wouldnt change him for the world cnt beat a dog that will run through anything to get at its quarry even if it does end up costing me a bob or 2!

    was saying the exact same to my mate the other nite when we were out in 2 nites we must of lamped 7 foxes, countless deer and a shiteload of hares and i would say we ran maybe 1 rabbit when maybe a year 2 year bck these feilds holde a good number of them! Not to bothered tho coz most of my rabbiting is done up dales n theres never a shortage of the buggers up there

    I own 1 with cracking feet the best ive sin for a long time but he aint nowhere near 90lb plus he's only 24 tts feck knos wat he weighs, neva had 1 knocked up toe in 4 year and most of the work ive done we him is up dales on bad limestone ground

    Know a couple of lads that kill em and just leave them they say they dont wana get caught we them as fines,dogs taking and motors are just some of the things that could happen to them if plod pulled em up me myself never done it just cant do it and never will my dog has caught 4 in the last 2 week and they all came home we me for dog/ferret food as i dont like them to eat myself. Truth is some lads will do this now all coz of the stupid hunting ban!

    I run my bull x up dales over sum tuff hills and limestone really tuff ground to catch on got to have good strong feet and legs coz i nearly break my ankle every week n thats just walking on it neva mind running heres a pic of the dog

    Oldest dog i sin was my mates 8 year old bitch she caught quite a few, most of them tho were took of there seat in rushes had a really good nose on her probly still would of worked till she couldnt walk but sadly hit a fence while lamping just about to take her rabbit broke her neck in 2 places really sad to see!

    The hare populations round me are a bit hit and miss but id say since ive bin at this game theres bin a lot more lads we lurchers about and theres definitly been a decline in them over the last few year but like most people think i think since the ban came in a lot more are being shot and ive sin some of the numbers took we a rifle and no wonder there on the decline theres no way they could breed at the rate they being shot its jst stupid if you ask me, wat is this goverment thinking!
