    hi pall in good condition there looks well but to be honest with you i wouldnt have that way bred mate their to much to handle ie hunting up all the time i would not class it as a working lurcher type running dog their more for bushing and stuff like that and i personally would rather not have a one bred this way and have a springer for the same work as you be able to do with your cross sorry but all the ones that way bred ive seen are just bushing dogs that are good at it but not true lurchers

    preban ive had 7 hare and 15 bunnies plus roe buck in ome might with one dog so id say it is possible give right dog conditions ect the dog i was useing when i took this haul was a 23 inch lurcher lurcher cross looked nowt special the photo of this dog was in the then shooting news with his catch minus the roe as it wass given to keeper

    every farmer says the find it hard to make a living and they finding it hard to make a living without the hassle of being out alnight chacing poachers ive yet to see a farmer who hasnt got trators 4x4s and big flash family motor so they aint got life that bad they moan about crop damage by pests tb of badgers and if you go on and kill the bunnies they say were his livelihood and are left for his shooters who pay to go on who is kidding who here they just greedy twats who cant see anyone get out for nowt of their land if nobody paid to have shoots on their land and they had to pay to

    my harris female which ive flown two seasons as suddenly turned aggresive she was left to moult and was took out of her flight two weeks ago and manning was going well her behaviour was after two or three days was calm and she was settling down to the routine of manning her weight had come down from 2 13 to 2 8oz over the next few days she was calm and steady and feeding of fist she was manned both in and outside and alwas well her weight is now 2 4 1/2 oz and she was steady unttill to day she was coming on the creance 15 ft no bother i gave her her food as normal returned her to

    i know of a farmer who walked over fields to lads who were poaching and shot their dog which by the way was a good working lakeland terrier bitch the lads in question had heated exchange and blows were given to the farmer mind he gave some good shots back later the same night the lads returned and lets just say he never had so much smoked bacon in his life or roasted corn these lads still to this day spark his hay stacks and let his cattle roam free every winter but before you feel sorry for the farmer the same c**t was dun for shooting a staffordshire bull terrier three weeks before which h

    im hoping to start her of tonight with a few easy bunnies and just see what she makes of it not expecting to much as its as ive said earlier green as and doesnt no what a live bunny is but we all got to start some where ive showed her coulpe of dead bunnies and tossed few dummy bunnies for her with a little bit of joy with dead one picking up and mouthing it and bringing back so ill see what the night does for her

    we got the pup now whippet cross collie back to whippet it is my son told me it was a pup but it turns out it is a 12 month old bitch which im told dun nowt as was kept for his friends family member who later said he didnt want well she is about 22 tts collie marking but whippet type body very forward going so at least she not shy and seems sensible so we just start her of slow and see how she goes

    runningme pup sky the bull cross laddie and the sons new whippet cross we got 2 longears and a bunny crap night as we got soaked later on in the night earlier we tried butwith little luck to call couple of bushy tails in but it was to calm and as we couldnt do any grass fields due to being to long we called it a night but at least the pup had a bunny

    i feed them as caught and worm them every two two three months with alternate worming gear drontal and such from vets not your pet shop crap works for me

    its not the quantity but the quality of the nightout and the enjoyment of seeing ya dog perform to its best ive seen a beddy x bitch take 70 bunnies in the late 90s and i didnt get as much of a buzz then as when me dog caught its first fox pre ban enjoy the night whats in the bag at the end is a bonus

    a freind of mine as a lurcher bitch that is 15 month old and wasnt going to work her but as asked me if iit would still be able to work she asnt even seen bunny or owt what do you lads think it was bred of working stock but is green as fck

    agree with you slipthedog mate im mainly big stuff myself mate and limited space so when i get dog it as to be100per cent mate not every dog can handle the stick and some dont stick at it long but believe me pall the good dogs dont go anywere life long home
