After nearly 2 years of humming and hawing about what scope yo get i have narrowed it down to two. It will be ordered soon as its my xmas present.
1. Vortex Diamondback 2-7x35 Rimfire
2. Vortex Diamondback 1.75-5x32
I only ever use x6 or less and would be interested in what one you folks would pick.
I was trying to source a Swanndri shirt when i found out about the Bison ones. Like Gurtwurz said, they are now made in China and the quality isn't as good as it used to be.
RWS Hobbies are devastating pellets. My old 99 loves them and as i never really used it beyond 25 yards they were perfect. My FAC Raptor doesn't group at all with any flat or hollows.
Made my own out of a garden cane, electrical tape and a piece of rubber inner tube. Light as a feather, doesn't upset the balance of the rifle. I shoot just as well as i did with the Harris Bipod that i used to have.
Go have a look and let us know what you think. I like the Idea of the rimfire as the parallax is set @50 yards. I wonder how easy the others would be to re parallax as i also like the bdc ret .
