100% legally, no, read home office regs, some allow it, but better to avoid a gun being put on ticket in the first place, ruins value of gun and limits where you can use it (depending if you have fac in the first place), because it ruins the value of a gun so much, it would be an easy way of getting a cheapgun like a rapid if you could get it de-registered tho

. Are speaking through experiences re the farm cat and the sheep. , would not. Need. To explain what a good country show was to some one who had been around long enough to experience. One , have a nice day. Colin ok, obviously i`m an inexperianced sprog on shows, so enlighten me, and anyone else looking in on this thread, what do you want from a game fair, is it only to have what your interested in as the main and only event or do you want a mix, you dog lads moan like hell about being stuck out on the outskirts but what the f**k do you want, separate stands next to every entrance so ever
-
Badgers. A game fair is nothing without Badgers. roasted or barbecued, allways up for trying something new
-
several posts on here criticising the midland so i will ask, what`s your idea of an ideal game fair,is it loads of dogs in the main arena, several baits buried for the blokes with shovels to dig out against the clock, and the main event, ,,screaming at your dog when it chases a sheep instead of the released hare and nails the local farm cat on the way past , you may not all agree with the way the big shows are run, but if you don`t like them then simply stay away, bit like this forum, if you don`t like whats posted then don`t look (expecting plenty of incoming on this so go ahead, rip away)

ear plugs, beers, pellets, ear plugs, food, firewood, ear plugs, think that covers it -
Well dont ask the feckin question then !! You cant help some people !!!!!! there always one, ask a question and get a silly answer, all i wanted was honest replies ANYWAY.. im not sure what power it kicking out tbh but what i do know is my very well used hw80 has far far more power and even kicks back, my mate split his nose on the telescopic sight when he fired it and want the tx to have similar power if poss ok, try this and think a bit about it, does the gun that kicks like a mule put the pellet where you want it everytime or do you want to turn what is a very accurate gun into

hi Neil have to disagree buddy,i shoot a .22 well into the 50+ yds well! once you do your home work and trajectory map,its a simple as .177 just put the P.O.A on the mildot required and a gentle squeeze point i`m trying to make is that rangefinding is not so critical at reasonable (for most mortals, i`ve seen you shoot)ranges, only way i would use the .22 i`ve got for general hunting would be using a rangefinder, only way for me would be to go fac (my mk1 eyeballs are not so good anymore so with the .177, if i see it, i can kill it)
-
booked my tickets on line, little bit cheaper than buying on the day, good day out for me
-
yes, its possible, barrel and spring change, is it worth it, no way, the .177 will do everything you need and be easier to use, flatter tragectory makes rangefinding something you don`t have to worry about so much as when using a .22, only time a .22 comes into its own is rat bashing, thats the only reason i`ve still got a .22, all other guns are .177
-
started using my .177 s200 again, think theres going to be a for sale sign on the daystate soon, too bloody heavy for the mountains round here
-
look how many have bullet holes in them as well as tyre tracks, may give you a clue what the attitude is up here to them, think the protecting lark has back-fired big style, to much defence for them with no thought as to how their increased population affects other species, same for raptors (but we are not allowed to say anything on that subject), all the greenies want to get out of their offices and get out and see nature as it is, not how they want it
-
plays a mean guitar tho, maybe if he got out more and see how the countryside actually works he may (sic) have had a different outlook on counrty living, as it is, he`s a tw*t with more money than (common) sense

20 minute drive for me, going saturday, treat it as a warm up for the midland, hope the falconry display is as good as it was last year

why is anyone surprised that there are members of this forum who don`t post, just read some of the crap that goes on and see how off topic some of the threads go, and as for the insults that are thrown around by some of the idiots its a wonder that anyone who actually does hunt bothers to post at all, may be if there was a section set for the keyboard hard men then the hunters could get on with helping other hunters -
never seen a pug wearing stilts Is this one of your weird fetishes Neil?.... A Pug in stilts and the St Bernard in heels.................filth!!! oh yes, bring it on,, filthy animals
-

Which gun should i get?
neil82 replied to Jordb543's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
cutting the head off will not be an option, they look for the head as a starting point to swallowing it, if lead is a concern then you`d be better off with a ferret and a few nets, then if that did`nt work you could feed the ferret to the snake, how big is it anyway, 10foot+ and small piglets are an option -
good steel for the money, take an edge you can shave with and hold it quite well, watch the lock mechanism tho, last 2 i had failed after a while, and when you have a razor sharp knife close on your fingers it puts you off having any more
-
thats me fu**ed then, won`t be able to fill a dive bottle and i`ve only got pcp`s, anyone got a pump for sale
-
good gun in the right hands with the right pellets, i think your making what could be a large, costly mistake asking for opinions on guns on a forum as large as this as there will be a fan of every gun made somewhere. the way you should be going is trying out as many types as possible to see what suits you, there is no such thing as a perfect gun that all can use, there are only guns that some find easier to use accuratly than others, yes there are some that should not go anywhere near a hunting situation but your budget should rule out most of the crap, another thing you need to budget for is

i`ll vote for the first one who turns out not to be a spineless two faced b*****d who will actually do what he promises when he knocks on my door asking for my vote, the worst bit about party politics is the individual has no say whatsoever once he/she has been elected, if you lot really want this country to improve try voting for independant candidates next time
