  1. you should read up a bit on what they have been discussing in the courts before making statements like that, to keep using artificial means to keep the poor lad alive is the wrong move, even the yank doctor who came over after offering treatment agrees with the descision to switch off the machines, to think otherwise points to mental illness in other places
  2. what makes cases like this so sensational is the doctors allways go to the courts to get permission to withdraw treatment, when this happens there is a shitstorm of publicity surrounding it which only serves to drag out extremes on both sides, the shit that the hospital is now having is totally disgusting, these cases should have a press blackout, too much emotion takes over
  3. not going to read through all the posts here, I made my point earlier when I said if you read through the original court transcript you would agree with the doctors opinion that artificial means of keeping the poor baby alive should be stopped, my thoughts on the yank doctors offer was it was more down to money (and there was 1.3 mil available) that they could charge while conducting their experiments, after they came over and carried out their own tests they agreed that any further treatment was futile, time to let the lad go
  4. we used these in the Nissan garage I worked in, factory is not far from us, newtown, mid wales, they will make one while you wait if yours it not one they know of, cheaper than the ivor Williams ones http://www.crgnichol.co.uk/show-details.php?id=370&pic=1 factory face book page https://www.(!64.56:886/gamictrailersltd/
  5. doubt if they would replace any of them, too much other work needed to make it worthwhile, they have been buying them back for several years now but it`s only since the press got hold of the story that it`s become widely known
  6. joined the fury training camp, going to show them how to rule the world
  7. there is no chance, at the original UK court case the yank doctors admitted that, the treatment is totally experimental and if you read the full report their decision to go ahead is purely financial and for research, sad as it is they need to let the little chap go peacefully
  8. my autodata books are 2008, don`t list that engine code but to give you an example the 4d56t engine lists 168-186nm, no mention of replacing the bolt but I would and if the new one looks like plain, clean threads use some Loctite high strength on it
  9. give me the age and spec of your truck, that looks well low, my autodata books quote from 167nm to 186 nm, the figure you have there is more likely the wheel nut torque
  10. https://www.cromwell.co.uk/shop/hand-tools/vices---pipe/27zr-9%22-locking-clamp-20r-chain/p/VIS5580027W?utm_campaign=pla-Hand+Tools+-+&utm_source=google&utm_medium=shopping-pla&utm_keyword=VIS5580027W&istCompanyId=6aa6787b-063e-4414-802d-129f235df603&istItemId=aqrxltitw&istBid=tztx&gclid=CNzB45L8z9QCFZup7QodXzwCZQ this is one of the best tools you can buy for that sort of work, don`t have to give it that much shit to grip most things
  11. no it is not, you need to get your head around the idea that the bolt is elastic, when tightened properly there is a bit of spring in it, over tighten it and it just stretches, any doubt, use a new bolt, Loctite (there will probably be some on the new bolt) and beg or borrow the right tools to tighten it properly, it was probably f****d up by overtightening it in the first place
  12. you deluded clown, they weigh the questions and limit the possible responses to get the answers they want, nothing to do with representing the british public, sooner you realise that the sooner you see ALL polls for what they are, bullshit
  13. oh f**k off going anywhere and quoting figures from any f***ing poll, you want to put meaningfull figures out try putting up the choices of answers available from the questions asked, ALL polls are loaded to get the answers wanted by the people paying for it, if you can`t understand that you need to stay out of politics as you are too f***ing gullible, as for immigration, you put no location down but show an irish flag, if your over there what the hell do you about the state of immigration here, i live out in the sticks in wales and around here they have the same attitude but if they even vent
  14. that`s why they want £500 to do it, probably done a few so have got the times down a fair bit, any here that say it`s too expensive have no idea of the size, skills needed or machinery required, if they are warranting their job for 12 months go for it, if you just want to get rid weld it, few spots inside, grind it flush and stick a bolt in it to hide it
  15. the pulley and key won`t be the problem, the slot in the crank that the key fits into will be damaged, if your going to piss about bodging it you may as well just weld the pulley straight onto the crank
  16. waste of time looking for a larger key, the slot it fits into is going to be worn, either new crank or if you have a very good machine shop they could weld up the slot and recut it, whichever way you go the labour charge is going to be on the bad side of ouch
  17. ours is on 23k and replaced th front 2 month ago and done the back ones tuesday 50/50 on it not to noisy 52 a tyre its not in 4x4 constant i think the tracking needs doing on the frontanyone spotted rust on theirs yet had to take the screen out of a brand new one to fix a water leak, lots of rust around the vin number that was covered by the screen once fitted, not impressed
  18. changed oil in diff fingers crossed it seems fine now no good now changed gear box brackets as they were broke sill no good now booked in tuesday to have thrust bearing on clutch done . Fed up with this now surly all Suzuki's cant be like this very unlikely to be the thrust bearing, unless they are changing it under some sort of warranty don`t bother, but if you are paying for it change the complete unit, absolutely no point changing the bearing and then having to drop the box again when the rest of it needs doing, from memory the vit has a weird centre diff, if the back axle is ok i

    Chicken Pox

ok for kids, I got it in my 20`s, put me right on my arse, not pleasant if your older
  21. the last time any government tried hammering the top earners most of them just upped sticks and buggered off elsewhere, the idiot can`t see that ALL companies and big earners will do the same if that policy is tried out now
  22. how f***ing deluded are you, if the only ones that voted were the ones in their party they would be guaranteed their jobs, the whole idea behind the bullshit they spout at every election is because they might (unless it`s the f***ing idiots around here who would vote for a sheep if it had a PC rosette on its arse) not get elected, the brainwashing that goes on every election time is the major thing that pisses me off with the lying b*****ds, once they get in its all back to petty squabbles and acting like kids rather than what could be better for the country as a whole
  23. i hate French cars with a vengeance, not so much for their reliability (most cars are the same now, all built down to a price) it`s just that the frogs can put things in b*****d positions to make them a sod to work on, best thing for you to do is halve the service interval, slap some waxoyl on the sills and get the brakes stripped yearly to make sure nothing siezes
  24. check the timing belt is not covered in the recall, if your fog lamp is out it will likely be the fuse that`s a bitch to get to UNDER the main fuse panel, apart from that it`s French, good luck
