I've just got rid of a litter in which I kept a pup back for myself.....& there is NO GUARANTEE whichever you pick....I watched this lot for 8weeks & still could have picked any!!!! To be honest If the litter has been reared well there Shouldn't be a SHY one!!! they should ALL be outgoing, friendly & playful!! by aggressive i take it you mean dominant with its siblings, this is a question only you can answer.....what i would say is if you haven't had many dogs go for a gentler sort of nature, or you'll always be vying for top dog with a dominant pup & it can sour your relation

Set the traps parallel to where the rabbits are coming from NOT facing the hedge warren etc. and when you catch a rabbit & dispatch it 'piss it' on the other traps it will aid your catching no end....Slice the carrots lenthways as they don't dry up as quick Bait behind the tredle plate & put about 5-8 pieces of very small carrot around entrance & just inside trap as well as putting some pieces within a few yards of the trap just to get them feeding................... Oh & MAKE SURE you peg them down we use plastic tent pegs....or foxes/badgers will be dragging & tipping th

Yes it is the litter sister to the dog..........As for the Strike of Molly...I think it is through lack of oppotunity as a youngster, I well remember you telling me for the first year or so you had very few rabbits down in south wales.....'STRIKE' is one of the main reasons I'm breeding off the litter sister to your bitch! They have ample on ANY quarry!! Strike!

Pest control and failing mole traps
D.C. replied to leegreen's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
No, the only sure way is to trap, gas is the only other option, which wouln't work in the soil conditions you are describing. Try to persivere with the trapping, set the traps somewhere between where the mole is living & where its going to feed (ie. where the hills are) don't set traps in amongst hills. good luck!! -
Nowt anybody can say to make it easier

Got to admit I've had a fair bit of work of the site! Had 4 golf course contracts & half a dozen domestic gardens......So I'm ALL for it!! Also I don't see why Mole trapping should be any different from any other form of trapping as regards the checking of traps....I personally think it should be law that they're checked Daily
