Nice looking animal that arts Banksy. If I remember right he looked just that little more powerful than England expects. Be some nice pups those I bet.

Rip Jethro. I take it his mate denzal is gone too. Loved watching him when I was a young lad

It's a sad state of affairs these days mate. It seems news these days is all about some dicks feeling being hurt for using the word black, or somebody being gender racist. Oh and covid. Serious stuff like murder and child abuse seems to have to take a back seat. The snowflakes must assume if its not mentioned then it never happened. World needs to change.

I dare say it's Sunday out of hours consultation fee mostly. I took my bitch into my local vets early hours Saturday night/Sunday morning during the last tyson wilder fight. The consultation fee was £170 f***ing nuts. Basically I opened my car door let the dog out and the vet said your right the dog does need stitches, that's £170 ffs

I haven't been doing a great deal of hunting this season for 1 reason or another, my bitch was showing signs of being tired from a split 40 bag we had Saturday night. I started off on the banks where she mopped up 13. I went to another area that generally holds plenty of rabbits, only had 2 there as I hardly seen a rabbit. I was sinking 3/4 of the way up my wellies in spots going along the winter rape. Being that wet there has probably made them move

It might just be worth a look out mate, you might be presently surprised
-
You not got any hill sides you can work the dogs on mate. I know it's still slippy but there's less chance of being water logged.
-
I might have a little adventure out, had a decent night Saturday. A nice little 40 bag between me and a mate. His bitch and mine are litter sisters so it's nice to see them graft. I've done some rough nights over the years with trees blowing over.

I don’t get where your coming from with the pressure side of things. Your best bet is to wait until the conditions are better ad try the pup then. It may take a few goes for the penny to drop for the dog. As long has your not running the dog until it’s f****d every time then just persist with what your doing. It helps if your stood at the spot/hedge the rabbits are running back too, a dog will try that little harder when it’s close to you. Just be a little more sensible and the dog should get there. Have you take the dog out to watch another dog run the beam and catch a couple?
-
What sort of ground you running? Hard arable with thin edges, small grass fields etc. You shouldn’t really be running the dog with the moon up mate. You need everything in the pups favour has much as possible. Exactly what is the dog doing? Is it getting anywhere near the rabbit to start with?
-
You got him back home? You can still see where I buried trigger that day, the grass is a better shade of green in the place we put him.
-
Poor old Bryn lad. I spent many a hour in all weather's out hunting with you and Bryn mate. I really liked him and we had some cracking nights out. The night we done 71 local to me he give his all. 100% until he just couldn't run 1 more.

Whys that mate. Ive been using one for a few years now. I get on with them fine. I've heard folk say there dogs can't get on with changing over to led from the normal lamps. I've found that to be a load of bollocks too, my dog changed over piece of piss.

Your posts won't be the same without the pom in amongst the pics. I always look forward to reading the posts because the pom would be there. Rip the pom

I am fortunate enough to have plenty of hedges and plenty of small fields. I get too walk the fields and enjoy my lamping. There's a few large fields here that I only walk certain hedges on, as that's where the wabbits run back too. Generally I don't walk the rest of the field as stuff just runs out of the light and can be a long way away in seconds. -
Tidy mate. Orders placed. My only complaint is it’s now a 2 week wait instead of 2-5 days. Didn’t see it until I placed the order but they are the best priced at the moement.
-
Sorry folk I meant to be asking about a firm called kennel space has anybody dealt with them. The site looks good the panels are plenty cheap enough but I just can’t find any reviews. As anybody brought from them?
-
Has anybody off here brought any dog kennels or run sections from dogs kennel direct? I’ve read some of the reviews and they seem to be a bit of a marmite company. I was thinking about ordering my new run panels from them today or tomorrow. a lot depends on any feedback from any folks who have dealt with them. thanks trigger

Thinking about it I am sure it’s lepto that can cause a abscess on the brain upto 12 months later. So if there both the same thing there’s a possibility I could of had my abscess from the bite I had. You understood what I meant That’s the main thing lol
-
I don't want to worry you mate but we were doing some ratting on a farm a good few years ago and i got biten by a rat that was in a terriers mouth. Went to the local AE to get a tetanus but they said I didn't need one and there's nothing to worry about. Anyway a few days later all the glands in my armpit swelled up. Didn't know you had glands there until then. Don't know if it's a coincidence but a few months later I had a abscess on my brain and needed a 7 hour emergency operation to remove it. All on the same side as the bite. Either wheels disease or lepto from a rat can cause absesses on t
