  1. Soaking up the morning rays after the night before.
  2. I was that chuffed with the young dog I didn't give the number 13 any more thought.
  3. Sat in the house tonight not the slightest bit tired f**k all on the t.v, with that in mind I looked out the window at the big old moon staring back at me and was undecided on going out for a shine. After a bit of thought I looked out again but this time opened the window to feel a slight breeze and there was some patchy cloud so on that note decided to take the chance. Had a bit of driving about to reach my intended fields, these are the fields I like to train young dogs in Nice and small with tight grass and decent hedges. The puppy fields I call them lol Steady night with ano
  4. I've used the plr500 for a good few years now never had a problem with them. Had my first one break into 2 pieces whilst out one night but I had already had more than my moneys worth out if it so didn't really mind. It had taken some hammer.
  5. I couldn't get it. Just showed the misses she got it straight away lol
  6. Great stuff. Good to see the boy out aswell
  7. Thanks, the weather conditions and time of year played there part also.
  8. Cheers ray. She will have better stamina than bryn I would say mate, she wanted more last night but I called it a night due to all the circumstances, weather time of year etc. bryns been a good old dog over the years from what I’ve seen. Can’t believe bucks 8 I remember him catching his first rabbit only seems like a couple of year ago.
  9. You couldn't have asked for a much better night than that to get her out learning on that's for sure.
  10. I couldn't resist getting out for a couple of hours tonight with the wind blowing like it is and the rain fall we've had lately it was certainly worth a trip out. Still warm with lots of cover about so it was a case of selecting my rabbits, catch a couple then stop to paunch them so the dog could have a breather then catch a couple more. Went at it steady as the little bitch has just turned 17 months. Ended on a high not with 21 out of the 23 caught in the bag. Called it a night due to the temperature.

There’s no close season on killing hares I believe mate, there’s just a close season on the sale of them or there always used to be.
  12. I got mine from Voss electric fence 399.99 took 7 working days to arrive, think they are based in Gloucestershire.
  13. It’s the first time I’ve bothered with anything like it before. The collar and Ariel are not massive on the little bitch I got here either mate
  14. I’ve just started out with one also seems a decent enough bit of kit, been in the woods a few times and signal has been spot on. Good thing about them is you don’t need any updates as they work by radio signal
  15. I've been thinking about getting my son into judo. He's just turned 4 and is now old enough to go, I was going to leave it but after looking at this thread I will enroll him if he still wants to go.
  16. Ronnie only needs to fly out of the starting blocks tomorrow and take the first 2 frames then Wilson will have a mountain to climb. Different day tomorrow Ronnie may just be a different man. Kyren will be thinking about hard about the red he missed in the last frame tonight thats for sure.
  17. That’s a bit steep, they would probably clear there selves if you put a couple of drops of Luke warm olive oil in each ear twice a day for 7 days. Have they not told you to do that to soften any wax for syringing anyway. If not olive oil some sort of ear drops
