He has mate, it's unusual for him.to be so quiet. I've had a few years really good hunting with Ray. I want with him to choose buck. He's a good crack too. I hoped he would get another dog around him and just keep doing his walks in the day.

I've not had a running dog around me for about 3-4 years as I haven't really had the time to put into one. But after being asked to A.I a bitch for someone we got talking and my blood started pumping again, and the itch that had slowly been rearing it's head just had to be scratched lol. Anyway I've had a a malinios cross before and to be honest the dog didn't come to much and was a disappointment. So.much so I said I would never own another. Anyway got to have a trip out a few months ago with a mali cross and it was a impressive little thing so I've decided to have another. Th

I am speaking from experience mate it obviously does something to help reset the muscles. I can assure you with just cold water on a hot day after a run it works. Ideally you need someone with you as you get into the bath as it's makes you feel like you want to pass out. You don't want to drown now do you.

I've only had cold water baths and that's been after a over 10 mile run. Seems to completely reset the muscles and it's almost as if its wiped the run from your muscle memory. Absolutely no aches or pains after it.
