  1. my mate had one for working cover for fox would kill them too offered it to me as was causing him far too many fights in yard did not want the hastle i like them but dont know any one else working them mack
  2. had one for about 4 years and killed a few hares before i bought him for fox have to say i worked him hard would follow fox anywhere and never let me down at end of dig only roared when he got bit and never when chasing he was a hard dog to replace for catching ability never bred from him as was worried he might be a once off might of been a mistake mack
  3. have to say i would rather watch them dogs run that some of the long fen type runs in uk a pleasure to watch i would pick one of these over an irish greyhound my self as they dont seem to breed the lurchers they used to imo mack
  4. nice dogs cant beat deerhounds for a good base line in lurchers mack
  5. funny thing is with i phones it will tell them exactly where and when the pic was taken

  10. ally i have seen many yappers as pups or dogs not quite simply getting out enough tell your friend to give him a couple of real long slips to take some of the freshness out of him lamp him three or four times a week for a few weeks also on his own with no other dog around if that does not work give him a fox on lamp even if your mate does not like working fox all the better as some times the yaping will stop on rabbit but move to when dog is on fox if the dog is yaping in a straight line all the time its going to be hard but if he is only doing it on turns with a couple of yaps then it w

  16. a pity fatman every one had not got the same opinion as you alot of people invite lads out to see dogs fail in holes that they would not put a dog in them selves its my opinion that if you bring a chap on an ivite to a deep place at least have the honesty to put your own dog in if he does not like it. other wise afew digs would be ideal so different dogs can be worked mack
