    I can squeeze over 300 hexnuts in a bag from Wilkinsons for 2.99. If they have em in stock they can't be beaten if not buying in bulk.

    I've never counted but i'm sure I get more than 300 out of a bandset. Are you actually maxing the bands out each draw? If so, lengthen the bands slightly so you aren't putting unnecessary strain on the ties every time.

    I've found a fair few 303 with the metal detector this year. None live though. They're all over the shop.

    If you can eat it, why give it to the ferrets? If fact if your not going to eat it why kill it? TC Where did I say I killed them. Someone commented that the eggs were edible and I simply stated that the bird is too. Many ferrets eat meat that we could also eat ourselves too. What exactly are you getting at?

    You can eat the moorhen as well as te eggs. Ferrets also love it

    Hawthorn natural, finished and banded up with double 15mm TBG. Some better photos.

    I made this yesterday out of an oversize Hawthorne fork. It's almost the same dimensions as the Mule but with slightly different forks. The grain really looks good after removing as much wood as I did. It's had a coat of Tung oil on it in these pics. I'll take some better ones when it is finished. Cheers, Wally.

    Design your own bud. Give it a name. Then do a performance catapult job and try and put a copyright on trees haha. Then sell me it obviously.

    I've been using 1745 singles on that Yew Topshot off YCH. Shooting almost full butterfly. I've not been on many mooches with it yet but the nobhead a few doors down is probably wondering why his bird feeders are full of M-8 hex nuts

    Depends on your draw length mate. Different draws, different speeds.

    Theraband gold, cut your own. Get it on ebay for £7 per metre. Or ready made stuffs available but you'll be better off in the long run making up your own.

    Can be as small as small as you want mate. I like small catties. I have my thumb and forefinger wrapped almost at the top of the forks with a small catty like that and find them great for aiming.

    Singles fine with lighter ammo. Perfect for m-8 hex nuts.
