  4. Just wondering if you boys make your own or do you buy them in. I'm gonna start to make my own catty this week and wondered if anyone could recommend a certain type of pouch and where to buy em. I usually shoot 12mm lead or steel if that influences what pouches I should go for?? Cheers
  5. Just got back from a quick walk out with the catty. First time i'v hit owt. Got this little crow which was on the ground, about 10 metres away. Aimed for back of its head and got head/neck shot. Shame I can't eat the thing but I like getting crows, fookin hard to get close to Cheers to bigboy19706 for the catty, its took some gettin used to but its a keeper.

  7. I think it would only be safe to use the microwave in short blasts of a few seconds at a time and I don't know what effect it would have on the structure, might weaken it. Not something iv'e tried though. I would like to know what methods are used too. Atb

  13. Squirrels adapting by not hibernating you mean? I agree with the other lads on here, I dont think they ever did hibernate just slow down a bit in the cold from what Ive seen myself (thats the biggest squirrel I think Ive ever seen, by the way). Thats grey ones Im talking about, I wouldnt know about the red ones hibernating or not. Yes! Squirrels are not hibernating, because they don't hibernate. I assumed that would be common knowledge on a trapping forum ?
