Beast they are the ones I use in the larder ,great knives ....I buy them of a little firm 5min from where I live .Wealden Packaging , there butchers suppliers , got every thing from knives to hog casings ...think they are cheaper at about £6...my wife would buy the white plastic disposable ones given the chance !!   2. Not tight mate just sensible,that is what I use in the larder so if you have a decent sheath why not use them in the field,they are great knives and easy to keep sharp. Martin

  5. I never bother with cotton wool or toilet roll,just paint the peroxide on the skull being careful not to get any on the antlers.

Great read as everyone has said Matt,and congrats to all concerned,Aaron and FD came back down to earth this evening while down here for a night on the lamp with one Chasrlie seen for a split second before heading for the hills......lol Saw a few deer on the lamp but it was very still and very light with an extra bright moon. Anybody that is of a professional standing in the community can be a referee,people like a Doctor,solicitor,teacher etc. And as far as the cabinet is concerned you need a British standard cabinet something like a 'Brattonsound' they are very good and reasonably priced.They are supposed to be fixed properly to the main fabric of the house and out of sight of anyone walking in the main entrance to the house,but the best thing to do really is to ring your local Firearms Dept. and speak to an FEO because they all have very different ideas on what the 'Actual' Law states. Phone went this afternoon and it was a friend of mine that has a small zoo,he had a Roe Doe running round his place with a hanging leg and would I pop up and sort her out for him,well although i had the headache from hell itself I made my way over.He had cornered her and got her to go into one of his paddocks,so I got ready and went in to have a look for her,as it was although it was a small paddock it was a bit overgrown and she was definitely in hiding,but I eventually found her couched down behind a thistle right up against the fence and as she got up it was very evident that she was in dis
