    Hi iv got a mk3 long range terrier locator which search's up to 40ft and locates up to 10ft i was wondering if your terrier is in a sett and its over 10ft deep would you still be able to locate it accurately using the search switch which search's up to 40ft. I am saving up to buy a bellman and flint but iv got my wedding to pay for first so ill have to continue using the mk3 for now. Atb lads

    try putting it in the kennel walking out of sight for a couple of seconds then go back if the dog has'nt howled in them few seconds pet it up (dont pet it up if it howls) try doing this a few times and gradually make the time longer that your out of sight for this worked for my pup atb with it hope you get it sorted out

    good write up pal i wish i had someone to drive me around to the setts i have to walk to mine and normaly end up carring most of the gear to atb for the new year

    Cheers pal it's the second time she's been out with me and she seems to be coming on in leaps and bounds which I'm really pleased about I try and spend as much time as I can with her on her own getting her used to the ferrets and livestock. Atb for the new year.

    i got up this morning expecting to go out ferreting but it was raining heavy as normal of late anyway i desided to knock it on the head but by dinner time it had faired up so i desided to go out for a few hours with the ferret and my patterdale pup who is 5 month old so of i went to pick my mate up then on to the first place its only a small wooded area but it sometimes holds a few rabbits we netted the first sett up only a 3 holer and entered the ferret and i took hold of my pup after about 30 seconds a rabbit bolts into one of the nets so i let my pup go and i grabbed the net then the pup gr

    I've seen many. And seem them take all quarry but can't kennel them with other dogs can't trust them around kids. Whatever happened to the laid back lurcher I've owned a few bull xs and not one of them has been any bother good with other dogs and good with kids like said in other posts I think it's how you rear them jmo. The one I've got at the min is brilliant with my 3 year old daughter and with my terrier who it shares a kennel with. Atb pal

    hello i bought my dogs some worming tablets today now i normally get drontel plus but today the vet gave me cazitel plus and said that it is better than drontel plus i was just wondering what the difference is between the two and are they really better than drontel plus. thanks for your help atb

    hello iv just bought a 8ft knocker box locator off ebay it was listed for spairs or repair it locates to about 4 foot when i got it and it had a homemade plastic wheel on it the lad i got it off said it had, had a new switch fitted i put a new wheel on it but the switch that has been put on it is the wrong one it makes the wheel higher up than it should be. does anybody know of anyone who services them thanks atb
