the vet always told me that if my dog got runs to feed it on cooked chicken or cooked pasta to stiffen its s**ts up. try that if you want but if your really worried about the dog get it to the vets pal.
i posted a topic about this a few weeks ago and was told it was something called rat tail it s a hormonal thing and it should come right once the mating season is over. they look bloody awful without fur dont they.
i always dry my nets out after iv used them even the nylon ones you've got to look after your gear or it wont last. where can you buy sheet netting from and how much does it cost roughly. cheers for the advice
cheers pal does the net need to have a salveged mesh on the top and bottom of the net if so what material should i use? im making the longnet out of hemp.
i making my first longnet and was wondering do you need to put a selvedged mesh on it and also im making the net 25yrds long how much do i need to knit for the bagging of the net because i read somewhere on here that you have to make your net longer to allow for bagging is this right.
i use 5ply hemp when im making mine pal i just think the stronger the hemp the better i also spray mine with a waterproof spray to try and give them a bit of protection against the weather.
i only give them tinned dog food when i run out of chicken and rabbits 90% of the time i feed them chicken and rabbits or ferret buscuits i didnt know that dog food was no good for them i wont be giving them that again
just keep handling them as much as you can pal they'll soon get use to you picking them up. i would'nt let your child handle them till your confident that there not going to bite.
i just give mine raw chicken breast, full rabbits, tins of dog food and ferret biscuits. i never boil any of the meat i think raw is the best way to give them it.
