    Have to say I have never had an issue with them on evening flights, found they work just as well as any other time, I do have mine on a timer so that may make a difference, def not illegal in the UK. I think its a case of playing around with it and find out what works for you, sometimes i find the ducks like it when its in the centre of the pattern and other times it needs to be right on the edge. I think you will find it will bring a welcome ne dimension to your decoying. Good luck

    I have used various flapping/spinning winged decoys and found the Mini Mojo by far the best, fantastic for drawing birds in, very reliable, good on batteries and very robust. also there are various versions from ones you can have floating in water to others that can be mounted on a spike for in stubble etc. The flapping model i had I wasnt impressed with and one wing broke very easily.     Hi all looking to purchase a laydown blind/hide for wildfowling, anyone have any recommendations, can you get them in this country or are my only options importing one. Main use will be in stubble fields or beet tops etc for the geese. Any advice would be great Thank you Dave

    I have just done the same, had an escort for 2 years and fancied upgrading, did a lot of research and went for a browning maxus, and have not looked back, it's pretty light but even with big goose loads you get very little recoil, very easy to strip and clean and u can pick up a good second hand one for under £1000, there is a carbon version in the classified at the moment.     Hi all, Decided to get rid of my pigeon Decoying stuff, I have the following For sale 34 Full bodied decoys - Used in various conditions (some could do with a bit of a refurb) 7 Half Body decoys - again Used in good condition 1 x Crow Decoy - used 1 x wurly with two arms and cradles - in working condition general wear and tear that you would expect, 1 x auto flapper - used in good working condition.     I've had one for over a year now, and like you, heard good and bad reports, all i can say is that for the money and the 3 years warranty you cant go wrong, if you have a problem they will fix it, i use mine for wildfowling, and clays and only had the odd light cartridgre not cycle when clay shooting, how i see it is i mainly do wildfowling and when doing this type of shooting its very likely that you will knock and scratch you gun get it wet etc, so for me its the perfect tool for the job, would love something more expensive but i think i would leave it in the cabinet as i wouldnt want it to g

    Hi there, I have just bought an l200 pickup for shooting and looking at my options for transporting my cocker spaniel as i would like to secure him in the back of the pickup, as i feel that will be more secure for him and will save my seats after a long muddy day, Just looking for some advice from peoples experience, I have started looking at transport boxes as they have solid sides etc so would keep him protected should the weather be bad, but other than that really at a loss as to the best one for me cost/Quality etc and what companies are out there, any advice would be much appr

    I had exactly the same problem with my cocker, all he wanted was to be with me, when doing your initial training did you by any chance sit your dog tell her to stay, walk away and then call her to you? Thats what i did and he just anticipated that i was going to call him to be with me and not stay. I solved this by sitting him down and getting him to stay and walk around him in a circle (small to start with) and then returning back to him after one revolution and giving praise, and then slowly build up the distance but always maintaining the fact that you return and ive praise.
