    as i remember from chernobyl its serious when it rains as all the shit in atmosphere comes down, like it did in parts of scotland wales and i think northern england, shutting down hundreds of small hill farms for years, sure last scottish farm had its restriction order lifted only couple of years ago, a farm in stirling area. and i agree that you have to be carefull how you interperet this shit, but the governments been trying for years to scare us with global warming,and it only took 2 bad winters to end that obvious "new taxes" scam. changed to climate change to justify any new tax plans, ha
