us brits like to think we are good hunters but when i watch programmes on them african, amazon, abbos etc tribesmen it makes me realise how many field skills and how much field craft we have really lost yes we hunt with our "superior" methods to them but in reality they would last alot longer in our environment than we would in theirs!!! how many could light a fire with no matches/lighter??? how many could stalk and kill a deer with just one spear??? we think were hunters but in truth if ,right now, we had to go back to true hunting without ANY mod cons most on this site would starve :laugh:
