    yes i suppose it does :laugh: just took it out for a walk with the dogs and its easily as good as a clu-lite!!!! think ill keep it safe in its box tho if its been through the war and survived till now it would be a shame if mr clumsy here broke it out lamping

    yes them aldis lamps are the ones that keep popping up on my google searches but cant find anything on this model ive rang the military museum but no one could help me today ive got to ring back tomorrow and speak to an expert

    found this in a garage clearance the other day and unbelievably it still works perfectly :icon_eek: few people have said it was for morse code signals between ships in the war. its got two handles, a sight on the top and comes with red and green filters in a separate case. beam seems good and it is a really solid unit. the lady said she can remember it being in the same place since she was a kid and she was about 50 at least so just shows the quality of stuff they made back then!!! ill be keeping myself just wondered if anyone new anything about and if it is worth anythin

    Take them out early and late. You'd think we never knew there was a summer coming lol. I remember seeing guys taking a dog for a mooch in the midday heat, crazy. Each to there own though. Personally if you need to take a water bowser to go a walk, best delaying the walk. you should them salukis run in the desert its very hot there at times
