    i made the mistake of turning the telly on for the first time in weeks and saw Ellie Harrison telling the world that Otter numbers declined due to hunting and that it wasn't until otter hunting was banned that their numbers started recovering. It's all horseshit - it was in fact a group Masters of otterhounds that got together and reported the decline in numbers and reported it to parliament saying that something was going drastically wrong. Turns out it was DDT chemicals that were causing their decline NOTHING to do with hunting and this is backed up by the Enviroment Agency as well as
