    Davy, again thank you! I'll think long and hard over the pump vs cylinder debate, I've heard about moisture issues with pumps though and want to prolong the life of my gun as much as possible. Keeping costs down may be the deciding factor at the moment though...

    I've just put £125 quid deposit down on a second hand BSA Ultra with BSA 6x40 scope (£250 all in). Being a newbie shooter and pardon the pun, 'trigger happy', I loved the look and feel of the rifle and went for it! In your opinion, and be honest, what do you think, good or bad choice, too much money?...
