If i were you Lisa i'd pm everyone on here in your area,stop the same thing happening to their dogs,and with a bit of luck someone will take it upon themselves to 'have a word' n make sure he does'nt do it again,i know more than a few who'd like their chance to right a few wrongs

I find Hibiscrub is the best stuff you can get for cleaning wounds,its what surgeons use before and after surgery,you can buy it from equestrian and farm supplies,about £5 for a 500ml bottle,i use it when terriers need cleaning up after foxing and find they rarely need jabbing with antibiotics with this stuff
