    Yeah it was a local security firm in paper,The recording unit has an alarm built in that you can set to go off if it detects motion and you can get software for it that sends you a txt msg anywhere in world,then you can view live images on your laptop from anywhere.

    I just had a system fitted Kaney,£600 should have been £800 but he did it me cash,thats for 2 high res day/night cams,vandall proof,with recorder unit,it has plenty of usefull features,alarms etc

    I don't have any experiance of the WMR so i cant say but the HMR is a higher velocity round and flatter trajectory,but like you say the WMR would have more striking power being twice as heavy,but neither are ideal for foxes,better with a centre fire round, although ive seen foxes killed cleanly with rimfires ive seen a few not killed at all.

    Try a substance called Renardine, designed for the job,its a smelly substance,put it around perimeter of fence it should do trick.Anti freeze kills by destroying the kidneys,a nasty death for any animal,including your dogs and kids if they get to it,imo anyone who'd consider using it should'nt be allowed near animals

    The reason you should'nt use run off water is because the birds will shit all over the roof,then contaminate the collected water,any disease or parasite one bird has will then be passed on to all the rest,clean rain water will do no harm to birds or ferrets but its easily contaminated from all sorts of sources so best to use tap water or from a container that cant be contaminated

    True DS they will mince the stuff themselves,i give mine a rack of lamb breast a couple of times a week n meaty bones too,but the minced frozen stuff is easier to get hold of easier to store and cheaper and i dont think the dogs mind not having to chew it,but its good to give em something to get their teeth into now and then

    Get him on minced meat/tripe Dogga,he'll wolf it down and it'll be a lot better for him,i can get you a ready supply frozen in 1lb packs only half n hr drive from you,25p lb and they dont need much so it'll go a long way
