    Hi I have some books ive come across when i moved. Their are old and used, 70s 80s .I have had a look on amaz##' used books prices just to get around about figure. And the conditions are very good to acceptable , anybody intrested i can give them better info on them ,some have their dust cover , The complete book of Sight Hounds,Long Dogs and lurchers. d. brian plummer. h/back ed 1991 dust cover on vgc. Rogues and Running Dogs, D.B.Plummer h/b ed 1982 .dust cover on.vgc The Complete Lurcher, D.B. Plummer H/B 1979 no dust cover as been a ex lib replacement..fe marks but still good

    I don't think i will go to see the pups ,as i will get soft and think their look great. But like you say will go to ground sooner or later, and i dont want it stuck down a hole for days till it starves it self to turn out days later...Looks like i will wait till a bedd or whippit comes about ,specailly as you say easy on stock breaking sounds good...I know by waiting and learning more about the breed 's from people that have them will put me on a better track for what i want also and best for the dog....cheers

    Hi All...Some good addvice and thats what i was hoping for. And thats some dog bulljack looks very keen, I can been hard if i need to be as i no if you start to let them get away with things specaily jacks, their get to thinking that I'm the top dog and start trying to do what they want sort of thing. And i do want my dog right for walking past and through stock ,which is one of my most important test's, With been on the farmers side or my walks through his feilds and shooting would be nil with a stock worryier. And a couple of replys touch on one of my thoughts on a very big fan

    Hi..I did ask the lad who told me about the pups if the the owner had breed them for going to ground ,he said no ,But as you say the patterdale in them will do just that.I was wanting a dog that didnt sound of all the time and it was the staffy in them that i was hoping to have that side ,friendlyness and quiet not yapping at eggarness....Thanks for reply its these things that i want to be thinking of...

    Hi in the next day or so , im going to have a look at some patt x staffy pups . What his is the best things to do on checking and chooseing. See both parents .His the owner to have them all started with their first injection. Pick a dog or a bitch. Look for the brightest most active ,what about the runt ,normally theirs one thats alot smaller. I want a pet companion and to hopefully keep any rats at bay around my static caravan on a lake side when all the crops are cut. In the country side around my static.., also to get it stock trained and poultry while in its puppy stages. And good tempr

    Hi ... If i can find it ,i no her in'door's was always on to me about chucking out.. And since i have moved still unpacking boxes, But if i can find it you can have it , just payed the post cost, it his a greyish off white thing big sling style shoulder strap., get every thing in it , spare lurcher on yer back. if you wanted...     Hi All thought i would put a couple of pic's up of the grandson days carping .I remember the first time i took him and he caught a small perch and he ran up to his gran , I've just caught a little whopper and it was that saying he come out with that only a young'in could. And it will always stick in me mind, When he got a couple of years on him took him carping his first time ,he had 6 carp and of course i helped a bit to keep them out the roots and things.     Hi. I'm intrested in any used dvds on setting snares and air rifle shooting day or night .I have nothing at all on any dvds or vhs tapes even ,i still have a vcr around some where .I'm not proud...I have spent a lot of time in and out of hos and i have been retired off early for my work .So me moneys been a watch what im doing at the moment so ,that's why i would like to buy used dvds at the mo, till times pick up a bit hopfully..cheers...

    Hi.. The other week a wanted some picture hanging hooks...And i bought a card from the £1 shop ,did'nt no till i opened it a small level in the pack, had it along side other levels and its spot on reads the same, so worth looking in the £1 shop, . Even as a pen clip for your pocket And 2 vee sections to seat it on the oject.....Any help ..cheers
