Yeah i understand, cheers mate. I took him to the beach yesterday and the tide was coming in nice and slowly. I stood in the water and as the tide touched his feet he'd step back a few paces haha. I'm gonna go in n take him with me when the weather improves. Cheers

He's 4 and a half months now. Patterdale x Lakey I'd just like him to go into the water but hes shit scared of it. A friend said just throw him in a pond or a lake. What are you views on it?

Hi all. My dog is arriving on Monday, delivered by alice and the dog is coming from donnyc. It will be a member of the family but im looking to take it bushing/ratting with a friend who has a bull cross thing. Is there any essentials i need to know? How old would the dog need to be before i can take it on a rat? Wheres the best place to look, by rivers and streems? Will i need any equipment, smoker and stuff? Also just the most simplest of questions... What should i feed him? Raw meat? Thanks !

Hi everybody. Basically im looking for a patterdale terrier, i'm new to all this aswell. I'll take it ratting at my in-laws farm as they're having problems with them, but it will also be a house pet. No children are around its just me. As they say mans best friend and all... I'm looking to buy now, i have everything in order ready for the arrival but i just cant seem to find anywhere to buy a pup. I want it around 2month old if possible, if not i'll settle for younger. Any reccomendations where to try, or who to try? I've looked on preloved and all that but would sooner ask
