  3. fitchet It should be part of the training when they are young. when I have pups on I never take them out with the older dogs .I purposely leave them in 'if they start to whine I have a hose rigged up to the kennel and give them a squirt' they soon learn when it is there turn to go out. quite dogs happy neighbours

  8. that's the way to cook them tc they r a lot better like that if they get to a fare size I cook my broad beans then take the outer skin off the bean itself .still nice and tender then. some good pics people there's a lot more folk growing there own these days. I have had a allotment for the last 5yrs and I still find it pleasurable as long as you put the work in you will get the rewards. all you get from the shops is colour and texture there's nowt like growing your own .hope its another bumper year. atb

they get away with it because it all boils down to money in the end. they know that they have the funds themselves ' like someone as commented on earlier we could do with setting up a fund for such cases it could be anyone of us . its about time they are made to get there own house in order .keep at them dy. I HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE INSTEAD OF GETTING SWEPT UNDER THE CARPET AS USUAL.
  10. I have worked all my terriers above and below ground and never had problems on terriers sticking with rabbit to ground. the dog soon learns as it matures .and as its been said already in this thread it learns them to use there noses .that is what makes a diff imho between a good un and your average dog .they need to stick and stay tight but there nose is one of there greatest assets its not all about bumbling around a sett hoping to bump in to something .good thread atb
