I was about to ask if you were religious! I would have bet on it. Power naps are the way to go. if i sleep for 20-30 mins during the day i can easily get by on 4-5 hours a night.

Had a look at the website certainly some gaff that....but North Yorkshires a long way to go for a pair of trotters and besides which i cant see there boots are much different to any others apart from the custom fit thing.....ive been after a pair of calf length but i think ive sussed out that hill walking boots tend only to be ankle length i didnt realise that ......seems quite a task getting everything you want in the same boot ! I haven't seen any decent boots that are that long. I think some riding boots are made like that but i've got no idea if they're any good for walking in (i dou

I like Altberg boots,but there's a lot of variation in the fit and style of them. if i wasn't going to go to the factory to try and find a pair that fits well and i was happy with i'd go for something else.

I'm not a fan of goretex boots. they soak up a lot of water and take a long time to dry.

I actually thought as far as first fights for up and coming stars (hopefully) go,that opponent was very awkward. the stoppage was still f*****g stupid though.

steroid oracle made me laugh. but the only way i could see them helping is they could help you increase your core stability which in turn could make your balance slightly better,which might at least help with recovery when you've been rocked.

Ive always felt theres a flaw in the scoring of all the fight sports in that judges give no credit for the unquestionable gameness a fighter may show......guts/gameness is as much of a quality in a fighting man as punch power or silky skills are yet it go,s unrecognised.......that fella Shogun clearly lost the first half of the fight but won the second half leaving Henderson pretty much surviving towards the end.......same as in boxing in a 12 round fight if one fighter wins the first 6 rounds and the other fighter wins the last 6 rounds in my opinion the fighter who has taken a beating early

And as long as no one is loosing out financally you crack on....;-) so if people were to gain financially by having hedgehogs roaming the land,then you'd like them? what about mongooses or kangaroos or any other creature that doesn't belong here? no but if someone released them I wouldn't kill them if I knew they belonged to them. And if I see a kangaroo 'in' fife I can guarantee you I'll not kill it.... Ok!!!! Fife sounds like a good place to start my free-range mongoose farm then. i buy half an acre of land and release 100,000 mongooses,and I'll sleep easy in the knowl
