no mate the trigger wont budge its just solid won't let me press it in at all.. Is the gun cocked now? yeah think so lol theres just no movement in the trigger at all even with safety switched off

First of all i just want to say im sorry if ive posted in the wrong section but im pretty new to this site registered today and still getting use to it not had my air rifle that long is a cometa 300 22 only used it a couple of times but today i've been out with the gun today then started having a problem were i couldn't fire it not even press the trigger in even with the safety off but when i break the barrel to load it theres a strange noise coming from am guessing where the spring is doesn't sound too good . anyone have any idea and at what expense it could be. thank you
