    Thanks for the kind comments lads.i think in all aspects of work when you have confidence in the tools your using it makes the job so much easier,and that's how I feel at the moment with the rifle pellet combi.A couple days later I managed another 40 mtr woody and a 50 mtr feral of camera,was practicing at 50 mtrs hitting knots on branches and small stones.ATB..Ste

    Whilst doing the rounds dropping the farmers a christmas drink,the farmer on my main permission asked if i could clear some of the ferals from around the farm.I don't usually shoot on this permission during the shooting season as it is on a keepered estate.I thought it only right to phone the keeper and let him know the farmers wishes,and would it be all right for me to shoot them.Not a problem was his answer as long as i kept away from the woods until feb.The first shot taken was a heart and lung shot as the heads were moving to much,the second was a head shot,managed to shoot 3 more of camer

    Cheers Si,really made up with the pellet/rifle combi .40 mtr's to the target tried to video through the range finder but need a bit of tuition,could only see the range finder aim point.

    Start of a new year and i thought i would do a bit of calibration work with the panther.I have used daystate Li's with the panther but every so often would get a flier.So last week ordered some jsb 5.52 so i thought,when they arrived checked the tins and noticed they were 5.51,might as well give them a go in the back yard,only 18 mtr's but they were pellet on pellet at this range so looked promising.This morning set of with both the .177 wolf and the .22 panther to one of my farms.On arrival i pulled around to were the cattle get fed and spotted a nice cock pheasant stood in the field next to

    Had to send my R10 back to John Bowkett due to a drop in power (9.2ft/lb using daystate Li ) On stripping it down he found what he described as verdigris on the buddy bottle threads causing restricted airflow to the reg.He also suggest i get my dive bottle checked as there may be moisture in it but i bought the cylinder from a dive shop and only ever had it filled by them.So John has cleaned it all down and down a full check on it free of charge.Was just wondering if any of the tech guys out there have seen this before,John also says he is seeing this more often so something to look out for if
