A call out to all stoke-on-trent dog men....A few of you will know me, and heard of fudge my Bull X bitch and her exploits... Well the old girl is 14 years old now and next to useless but yesterday after our walk she decided to do a runner, I went out to the garden to give her the leftovers from christmas dinner, and she wasn`t their, she`d jumped a six foot fence and done one... I`ve put posters up around the local shops, and dogs homes....just thought i`de let everyone here know whats happening and ask you stokie lads especially to keep an eye out for her Yis Mars...

I feed raw dog mince with complete food as a mixer, with a splash of cod liver oil every couple of days, Perhaps once a week i`ll do a stew using the mince with whatever veg i`ve got in with Garlic, nettles, herbs, and again a splash of cod liver oil in that too... also like others i`ll give bones whenever i get them from the butchers... Only feed mine once a day, in the mornings that way should i make a last minute decision to go lamping i dont have to worry that the dog will be running on a full stomach Mars...

Cooked chicken is not a good idea bud...cooked bones splinter more easily and can do some damage in ya dogs gut...

It does make you wonder what goes into these complete foods when ya see what comes out the other end of a dog....!!! the other day at the super market their was a torn 15kg sack of complete dog food {Wagg} and it didn`t look like their was much missing from the sack..So at £5 i thought " Bargin".....lol.... Wish i hadn`t bothered though, as their shit stinks and it`s bright Red..... Mars...

Had my ears pierced from the age of about 15 to my mid thirtys.... A few years back i bought a dvd called something like Lamping foxes with Bull crosses.... I was surprised that every slip, the fox was ran with 2 dogs....!!!! My own preference is to run a dog single handed,{pre ban} but as others have said if your lamping on foot and you dont get to see many, then the temptation is to double up and if you were starting a young dog {pre ban} then again it`s good to run doubled up...
