Here he is My Bull/Grey X Wheaton/Grey eight weeks old, and i`ve only noticed today that he`s almost identical to his Dam, right down to very similar markings on the toes!!!!! this is him flying at the camera, Lol.... Now i`me not just showing him off, the thing is myself and Mrs Mars can`t make our minds up on a name for the pup, so suggestions would be very welcome, His dams name is Fudge.. And his Sires Name is Crow... if that helps at all !!!!! i was thinking of maybe going down the lines of birds as his sire is called crow, dont really want chocolate suggestions thankyou, lol,l

Thanks Dogrun, i hope he does well for ya, and from what you were saying he`ll be tested..... but i`me confident if he takes after his dam or sire he`ll do the job for ya.... I look forward to hearing about his progress, and i reckon so will moorman1 as he was keen on that dog but opted for the black dog at the last minute. Myself and moorman1 are already talking about meeting up in 12 months time so we can all compare pups and see how they are coming on... Probably at a game fair, and you can all buy me a drink LOL... Yis Mars....

Yes sniper your right, but i think those that are interested will have seen this add by now, 4 of the pups were as good as sold on the day they were born just on the reputation of the sire and dam, Anyway that said i`ll probably get some pics up tomorrow,lol... Merle24 You Have a P.M. Yis Mars.

are they the pups that moorman is choosen from. Sniper the two on the left are dogs{well the black one is } theirs a few tan ones that all look the same from the front LOL. and the two on the right are bitches, the problem is it`s such an even litter when it comes to temprement/personality it`s difficult to choose which one to go for, I`ve finaly decided on a tan dog, though i changed my mind every other day lol, and had to get mar lady :wacko: to help me pick which one were going to keep back, Yis Mars...

Yes i have most of the litter seems to have inherited the rough coat to some degree, we`ll find out how much as they grow i suppose, I would put some pics up to show you but my computer crashed last night and i`ve lost all the pics i had on me puter Yis Mars....

No offence taken sniper, i wanted to use a wheaton/grey to hopefully get a rough coat but still keep that game terrier prey drive that a terrier cross lurcher has, Also size was a consideration too, i did`nt want to go for the BIG bull cross cos I.M.O. a Good small un can work all the quarry a big un can and on some probably better, " I.M.O." And from the looks of this litter i`ve got pretty much what i was looking for and if this litter does as well as previous litters from this bitch then i think i`ll have done the right thing, As most of the litter has gone just from word of mouth then

Well said........ A lurcher that excelled at all that you`d want a lucher to do would be some dog too see, !!!!!!!! My own Bull X bitch bleedin good at the things you`d expect a bull x to be good at, But she also hunts up well during the daytime, Marks, is ok ferreting, and retrives rabbits live "most of the time" Lol.. and will ocasionaly get lucky on the old long ears, But she getting on in years now so hopefully her pup that i`ll keep back from this litter she has now will come up to her high standards, {fingers crossed} i took plenty of time and travelled some miles picking the right
