  8. good luck with him mate i hope all of it goes well for you my bitch is 3 and has only had a handful of digs to which shes took very little stick she draws in stopends and she also gets mucked in when the light breaks in
  9. i use the word crow sparingly mate theres two corbies (carrion crows) corvus corone's at the front the rest are jackdaws although a few rooks were shot
  10. its a .177 i find it kills rabbits easy with RWS superdomes ive shot well over 90+ this seaons and a hell of alot of rats, as for feather etc im not so sure ive hit alot more things and watched them flutter off then drop on the spot ..... im not sure if its pellet choice or just the calbire ?
  11. her dam was border lakey sire was black and tan full middleton bread lakeland so shes got a toutch of border in her hows yours going for you mate you had any digs to it ?
  12. cheers broady , i love getting on terms with crows at first light from a hide always get a sense of satisfaction from shooting a crow rather then a pigeon because you know youve saved a few birds nests

  14. thanks lads and cheers lab do you ever drive past people with pet labs walking them with the daft extendy leads + harnesses that weigh about 18 stone and can barely walk and you think poor dog haha

Heres a bag of 43 crows and a rabbit over two days we shot 110 crows 2 pigeons and a rabbit these were all shot in north yorkshire on a freinds permission where they had been feeding on the sheep feed troughs setting up a small pattern of flocked coated crows at first then adding to the pattern all the time it was a good day until i had to pack up not due to cartridge shortage but the top barrel on my bettinsoli 12 bore's firing pin went spent the next day shooting with an aya no2 20 bore side by side very enjoyable weekend
  16. just thourght id upload this picture as the season is over and i know that i am bored as hell haha maybes get out on afew ratting spots over the summer any way here it is this is my three year old border lakey bred by a good freind of mine no fancy lines just worker to worker hell of a ratter but slow starting with earth work.

Mother was out walking with me the other week and had her new digital slr camera and wanted some photos of the dog i think that this is the best one..... this is zach my three year old labrador hes out with me 3 times a week during the season and hes a pleasure to work alot better stood behind a peg picking up then in the beating line or on the peg but still a good dog and i enjoy owning him
  18. this is the second picture of 3 pigeons and a magpie i took at first light on a farm i have permission on i ususally shoot this farm with shotguns but i decided and early morning raid in the farm yard on the dung heap. thanks for look micky

Alright lads just thourght id upload a few pictures of some days ive had out with the s200 this season the first picture is of zach my three year old labrador with a bag of 6 woodies and a magpie, this was from a small permission near my house where the homeowner is sick of rooks deffacting on his expensive sports cars crafty rooks were too good for me and i ended up shooting every other species that landed in the trees that day.
