i struggle getting permissions anywere let alone the council, though the manager of the recycle plant has expressed an interest in me getting rid of some rats

just wanted to introduce my self. I live at the north end of milton keynes in a village called lavendon. im 33 and been into airgunning for a few years on and off but have now decided to take the hobby back up again and purchased a daystate x2. I work for a local council managing traveller sites so if anyone needs any advise ask away.
