Hi I'm after any reviews/feedback on Sweethill Shooting and Coaching Academy. I already have an SGC and FAC for my Air Rifle, but would like to broaden my shooting activities. I'm mainly shoot vermin, and would like to add a rifle for Fox to my FAC. Is it worth the annual fee? Any one a member or has been a member? What are your thoughts. Thanks. Andy.

My son is nine, and he has a Brocock Contour Single Shot PCP. Nice and light, and accurate as hell!! and also pretty good for me shooting out of the vehicle door!! Andy. -

I applied last October, and this was an initial application. I applied on the 28th October, had the visit exactly 25 days later, and recieved my SGC through the post on the 6 December!!! I was told to expect up to 12 weeks, but clearly it arrived pretty quick. Andy. -
Hiya I have just purchased one of these from a friend today for my lad to shoot. I was amazed at how light it was, my son has fired my R10, but can only manage shooting this off sticks.....lol.....he is only 8. Was offered the Brocock Aimx Contour, in .22 with silencer, scope and case and I duly bought it. Bought a tin of Air Arms Fields, charged up the gun, and set out my target in the back garden, and duly fired over 200 pellets through it. It does need recharging after every 30 or so shots. Well I was amazed to say the least. The accuracy over 20 yards is outstanding, shooti

Test it out, do a review, if your not keen bang it back on ebay as new get your money back and try again, im sure it will be fine tho mate .atb. .ste. Not sure how useful this is gonna be. Unit has been sent back to seller. Couldn't get it to work at all at first. Then got a single mark at 161yds. After about 30 tries I had about four results, none closer than 57yds. Thing is, it looks the same as the Guntuff and a few others. Probably made by the same people and badged differently. I don't want to be too harsh on the product because I know that there are many Ebay sellers w

Its not been a good week for Air Rifle users. What with the Swans, then that diabolical incident in Scotland, and to top it all Ashley Cole. Great advertisement for the sport. Andy.

Those suits are ex MOD NBC Suits. They are charcoal lined, and to be perfectly honest totally crap. Your much better off looking in an Army Surplus Store and getting British DPM Combat 95 trousers and one of the smocks. You can pick them up for a very good price. Andy.

Lol.......I was a Sjt in the picture. The pic was taken just outside Basra, not long after the invasion. Edit: That isnt a mis-spelling of "Sjt" either, I was in the Light Infantry, and we spell Sjt with a "J" not a "G"................its a long story as to why we do that!!!!!!! Andy.

Thanks for the advise guys. I have gone with the Hawke LRF 600, used it yesterday and it appears spot on. Got it for a good price from Redbeck Shooting Supplies, I paid £110. I carried out some tests over measured distances up to 70 yards and metres using a tape measure and and a bucket as a target for the laser, and it was spot on. I also tried it on a football pitch and so long as the pitch is the correct size the LRF is spot on. Anything beyond that will be purely for interest, so Im happy with its accuracy upto 50-60 yards. Andy.

Hi Folks, Im after some recommendations on which Laser Range Finder to buy. I have narrowed it down to the GunTuff one, or the Deben Hawke LRF400, both around the £100 bracket. Does anyone own one of these, or possibly recommend another model. Many thanks in advance. Andy.

Hiya, and welcome from sunny Rotherham. Andy.

I have an R10, and have owned it for about a month. Prior to buying the R10 I was an out and out "Springer" shooter, in fact I have owned my current "Springer" for about 18 years, An HW80. The R10 was the first PCP I have owned, and it is outstanding!!!! It is light, unbelieveably accurate, and a total pleasure to shoot. I opted for the177 Cal as most of my previous guns have been that calibre. You get 150 shots per full charge of the bottle in 177 and around 200+ in .22. I have fired over 1000 pellets through mine, and it has been a total pleasure to shoot, and I have incurred no proble
