    I agree Corkman Up in County Meath ,the home of the Ward Union Hunt FF had 4 TDs going into the last election and now they have NONE

    Tail docking ,hunting with dogs ,and most worrying the rearing and releasing of game This BAD Bill effects all country sports men ,women,but most of all the chrildren comming behind us BE IN CORK .....

    Going hunting without the terriers is like shooting without the cartdges or fishing without a hook We cant give up one inch on this ,i wont call it an animal welfare bill its the ANTI COUNTRY SPORTS BILL

    I agree with you pd3 . But at the moment in ireland the shooting men have the NARGC The hound men have the Hunting Assocation OF Ireland .The fishing lads have the Trout And Salmon Anglers And we the DIGGING MEN HAVE NOBODY at the top table Nothing fancy just a few clubs around the country to show we are organised. JMO

    The first thing that lads have to do is form a club in your area Nothing too fancy just something to show we are an organised body and not thugs that MINISTER OF AGRI called us ..... JMO

    Regional game councils are the the county bodys for all the GunClubs in that county A lot of gun club members work terriers

    Lads i think its time for every county in ireland to form a Working Terrier Club.. Run it by a few of your mates and see what they think GET THE BALL ROLLING...

    If anyone is in any doubt what the antis are about or they dont think a Working Terrier Club should be set up i sugest you log onto the ICABS website and have a look ,a good look Its time to take our heads out of the sand .... We cant leave it to anybody else to fight our battles

    While in Donegal 15 years ago or so shooting duck our host a north west fisheries officer told us that we would be fishing with a needle and not a hook in the next 20 years the take would be the thrill ..... THINK ABOUT IT This is where they want us to be 12 months ago an outgoing FF TD said that the whole OPW , NPWS and Wildlife rangers needed to be dispanded because the greens had set unough people up in the hot places to shaft all COUNTRY SPORTS Sit back and think about it This is how far we are behind them .. Maby i didnt explain myself right The stag hunt was banned by fiana fail and the greens and fine gale said they would reverse it if elected and they havent With stag hunting gone the ICABS are a step closer to us COUNTRY SPORTS are under preasure all over this island and i agree with you whole hearted WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER

    I heard that ok and not before time . Its time to get stuck into the government and get them to keep there promises they made when looking for votes THAT IS GET THE STAG HUNTING BACK I know its nothing to do with terrier work but they like us are a small part of the country sport scene and thats what the ANTIS pick on first . We have to stick together on all country sports P.S its good to hear the fishing lads on board too
