  2. Very interesting DnN - I wonder if there are any more in the same area you caught that one. I have found small pockets of similarly coloured rabbits that continue to throw up each year from 'normal' coloured parents. If it is not a true albino it looks like it could be leucistic which is the bleached out version That will look a treat set up with your silver and a normal coloured mole OTC

  14. They might, initially, look like the cheaper Chinky copies but the new batch of Solway traps are stamped SOLWAY No4 and SOLWAY No6 on the plate to avoid any confusion. The springs are incredibly strong and they kill well. OTC

  16. These traps work very well and kill quickly. Whilst the Fenn trap does need to be contained usually to be effective - the fact that gravity is working with you to ensure that the squirrel hits the centre of the trap plate and the jump of the sprung trap ensures a good chest catch every time. I have used similar for years when required (I used to put them in the top of my pheasant feeder stations awith very good results) OTC
