My vet charged me £45 to vicsctomise my hob , got a quote for 100 from other vets in village !

Went ferreting this morning at a blokes from works stables , a young lad off the Alotments come with me ( I gave him 2 kits last spring ) and my mate , we started on a long hedge wich ted was marking very well 2 bolted but one got away as he'd not set net [BANNED TEXT] and ted was miles off , we did a few more small sets but only got one more out , then we moved on to a bank , 2 Jill's and a small hob was put in then 2 mins later a big vixen hit the net ted grabed it in the net but was un sure of wat to do next , I dispatched it and we moved on to a small set and one more rabbit, not a bad mor

I too keep hybrid brown hens that I get off a bloke that suplies battey farms very quite and easy to keep I got 2 black rocks and found them very flitey and jumpy ( maybe I just got a bad pair ) they layed well tho

I got some cheep growers , 11 birds was eating 20kg a week at the end , not worked out the cost per bird I just did it because it tastes good

I to have herd of 25lb + birds not sure how tho mine was getting wabbly on ther legs

Biggest bird was 4.8kg fully dressed and rest was around the 4.5kg mark well happy with them and tased spot on !
